Review: DoggieID
Review:
I never received the product that I ordered from this company. I got an email asking for my review of the item and told them I never received the product. I have been emailing back and forth with the customer service for 2 weeks now and they keep asking for more or different information(shipping address, have I checked with the local post office?,what date did I order on or order number?).
The first return email that I received said that the rep didn't see a order for me and when I provided my order number, then I started getting questions about had I spoken with the post office? or checked to make sure a package wasn't outside. My postal delivery person delivers packages to my door daily. I do not work so I am here every day. I have gotten nothing.
I ordered on June 8, 2015 so this is more than enough time to get a product. I don't like leaving bad reviews for companies but if I was an actual customer rather than a tester, I would be supremely ticked off and even as a tester, I am not happy. There is no reason it should take a month to receive a product and then get the run around when I inquire about that order.

Product was supposed to be received in exchange for review but I never received anything.
