StrapSnake Patella Strap Tendon Band



 A little over a year ago, I was diagnosed with Chondromalacia Patella which mean that I have little to no cartilage underneath my knee cap. Some days I don't even think about it but on other days when I have walked too far or went up too many steps, I am begging for some kind of relief. Ice packs or heat doesn't help, pain medications don't help and I don't like taking them often on top of the medications not working well for this pain. It's a nagging and grinding pain for me and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I have been using this for the past couple weeks and it seems to have helped me on my bad days. I like that the strap is adjustable and not huge like my other leg brace is. It also doesn't slide up and down like my brace that spans my thigh down to my calf which is a definite plus in my book. I wouldn't recommend using this without a doctor's OK if you do have issues but I'm a rebel and like trying new things. LOL
