My husband has a lot of shoulder pain and his physical therapist has been using a tens machine on him so when I got the chance to review this item, I jumped at the chance. This has a bunch of different settings on it so it's great for using on his shoulder because one setting used all the time doesn't seem to help his pain. The pads are easy to attach and detach from the skin. They are sticky but not to the point of hurting when removing. The instructions are easy to follow and he slapped it on without really reading the instructions. He really liked the feeling after he had used this unit.
