Okay....where to start. This isn't a bad product but it's not a good product either. I had a couple of issues including no ingredient list on the bottle and the warnings say not to get in contact with eyes. This is a TEAR STAIN REMOVER so I would think that would be impossible to accomplish especially with my dogs who do not like you having to hold them still and wipe their faces. However, my dogs did not experience any irritation with this product but I noticed little to no difference in their tear stains in the time that I have used it. I will continue usage as the bottle says that it can take up to 12 weeks of usage but that seems a bit excessive to see results. We shall see. I will update in a couple months. I will say again, this is not a bad product but it is not the best either.
