I recently reviewed the SM-150 pulse oximeter and I have to say that I like this one better. The screen readout is much easier to read and this one has gray accents rather than blue but everything else feels the same. I was really impressed with this product! This pulse oximeter measures pulse rate and blood oxygen saturation which is a must for anyone who has heart or lung issues. I am still learning what all of these readings mean to me personally but I do know that this works quickly, is not hard to use and the reading are clear. It fits over a large variety of finger sizes including mine and my kids fingers easily and with no discomfort.
